Savvas Villas consists of two villas which are family run by Savvas Charalambous and his daughter Julie. Savvas is always on hand to ensure you have a wonderful and unforgettable holiday in the picturesque village of Steni.
Each villa comfortably sleeps 6 people up to a maximum of 7 people (camping beds available).
The villas are located on the outskirts of Steni village, which gives you all the privacy you need and for those seeking a peaceful base, this is the perfect spot for you.
The mountainside location of Savvas Villas allows you to enjoy the magnificent views of the rolling countryside, cornfields and sea sparkling in the distance, nothing short of spectacular!
Steni village has a local “Coffee Shop” which is a 5 minute walk from the villas.
The villas are well designed and extensively furnished, both internally and externally.The ground floors have twin bedrooms and shower rooms that also house the washing machines, the ground floors also encompass the spacious fully equipped and furnished, kitchens, dining areas and living rooms.
The first floors have twin bedrooms and a double room with a bathroom, as well as large balconies. Cots and highchairs are also available.
A small safe is mounted to the wall in one of the cupboards in each villa for objects of value.
Both villas are equipped with Wi-Fi Internet access.
Sun terraces surround the 9X5 metre swimming pools, bringing you amazingly close to nature and its entire splendor. Gazebos cover the outdoor dining areas and barbeques allow you to enjoy your meals by the poolside.
The gardens are beautiful with many different plants, fruit trees and grapevines crawling down from the hilltop.
Approximately 5 minutes from Polis town centre and major amenities.
Approximately 5 minutes from the beaches of Polis and Latchi.
Approximately 35 minutes from Paphos Town.
Approximately 25 minutes from Tsada golf course.
A welcome pack is placed in each villa just prior to your arrival. If you have any particular requirements, just let us know and we will arrange it. Extra clean linen and towels are provided in the villa for the duration of your stay.
All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning (cooling
and heating).
It is advisable to hire a car; we can arrange this for you upon request.
The famous Cypriot hospitality will speak for itself!
